Frequently Asked Questions
What Do You Charge?
We come in at no cost to you and consult with you on your needs. We will analyze your needs and submit to you a detailed list of the system requirements. It will include the fairly accurate estimated cost of the entire project.

Once an application has been deployed either to your office network or the web, we then manage and maintain your app for as long as you desire to use it...which generally tends to be forever.

Typically clients will request changes on a periodic on-going basis. Other times require troubleshooting, helpdesk, or whatever else is required to keep your system running smoothly. This is what we deem maintenance, which is billed at $110/hr. Maintenance and recurring fees are billed on a monthly basis.

Heavy duty applications like dashboards will typically require a Service Maintenance Contract...but we can talk about those when we get that far...
How do I access my webmail?
Webmail is accessed at webmail.yourdomainurl.com (example: webmail.databasewhiz.com)
How fast can you get our project done?
That is going to depend on the extent and the complexity of your needs. Our many years of experience and expertise does allow us to complete projects much faster than most others, however software development by its very nature is not a rapid process...and of course we do carry an ever increasing workload. That being said, we are generally able to complete most projects within six to eight weeks.
